Good afternoon

We had 11 for dinner yesterday. Hoping every one had a nice time and got plenty to eat. I made Blueberry Delight, something I haven't made in years. It's very easy to make. You take one package, or should I say one of the three packs to a box of honey graham crackers rolled out to make crumbs, 1 stick of margarine melted, mix together and press into an 8 1/2 X 12 pan, bake at 350 for 8 mins. Cool. While it is cooling, mix together 1 package of Philadephia Cream cheese that is room temp, with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon of milk. Spread over the crumb crust. Sprinkle that with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Then a layer of Cool Whip, my recipe is so old it actually said to use two packages of Dream Whip (remember that stuff) I made sure I had plenty covering the nuts, then on top of the Cool Whip you very carefully spread a can of Blueberry pie filling, if you don't like blueberry you can use what ever flavor you like best. A friend of mine used lemon pudding/pie filling and that was also very good. Chill until ready to serve. Items needed to make the dessert.

1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Chopped nuts
1 Cup Powdered sugar
1 - 8oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1-Sleeve of Graham Crackers
1-Stick of margarine
1-16 oz. size of Cool Whip

If every one is tired of ham? Here is a recipe to try. I haven't yet, but it sounds good to me.

My mother in law used to make this and yes, it was good. She died in 1998. I have not made it since. I might try it again as it sounds good today. She also made it with cherry filling.

It was a good day and you did a great job on everything. Including the ham and the Blueberry delight. But the blueberry delight tasted different. I think it was the berries themselves. Anyway, thanks for all your work. It made a day special for everyone.

Love you.
