Hahaha! I'm dreading having to fill up the tank. It's becoming traumatic. I have already so severely curtailed the use of my car that I'm in danger of becoming a recluse.
That's the truth. When I used to take our 5-gallon gasoline can to the station to get five gallons of gasoline it was almost always less than $5.00 as I would not fill it all the way up. Nowadays it would cost $20 to $25.00 US Dollars to put gas in the lawn mower.
Wow, isn't that the truth. Even though we had used only a half tank of gas we filled it up today, since we are going on a trip tomorrow. Half tank of gas...$42.35 US...that's crazy....maybe I should have settled for a fart or two.

Gee, you got as much as a fart! With these prices, I guess that's pretty good.
Great blog, as always.

Ha! that's not far wrong Patty...
I put £20 ( $39.8759 USD )of diesel in today.. that was 15.4 litre.... how disgustingly dear is that.
The way it 'sounds,' we are going to have a lot of 'noisy' days;)
Have a nice week-end.

Very funny! Glad you at least got a receipt, usually they think just the noisy gas is enough.
