Maxine

I don't know about you, but I love ole Maxine Cartoons. Has anyone ever wondered who came up with the idea for her? Go to this web site and read about her.

I have always loved Maxine. My Mother-in Law's name was Maxine she was one of the sweetest people I ever met and I miss her dearly. But, I used to send her "Maxine Cards" she loved them, too.
I see your weather is warming up a little. It is 60 degrees here today, I just wonder whats following this warm air ???
Stay warm. Hugs~~~~ Leslie

Maxine may be American but she epitomises the crabby feisty old lady ALL of us would like to be. What I most admire about her is the fact that she doesn't care whether people approve of her or not! I'd love to reach that uncaring stage!
