Wow--that is a GREAT site! I was feeling a little befeft of ideas when I looked it up--now I'm excited. (Grin)

I'm going to start soaking our Hawaiian-Portuguese Smoked Turkey today. We usually have two birds--one cooked the normal way with stuffing and the other smoked on the outside BBQ. Ooooh, my mouth is watering just thinking of it.

I hope you and Abe have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. You two are delightful to my eyes and to my heart. May blessings of joy and happiness cascade into your lives and all those you love.

For in truth, your family is blessed by your presence with them.

By some chance have you ever heard of an Cranberry Salad before? It is made out of Cottage Cheese, Strawberry Jello, Whole Cranberries and is serve with a dollop of Whipped Cream per person.

I made this a few years back, but darn if I can find that reciepe anywhere, I lost mine.

Thank you for the that link, I checked it out the other day, it is a very nice link.

I make my "cranberry salad" like this:

cranberry jello, whole cranberries, chopped celery, chopped walnuts, with either coolwhip or whipped cream on top. :) Yummy!
