Patty there were 15 or 16 ingredents in that cake .....That is way to much trouble for me. But I wish you would make one and I could get a piece....maybe we could make that a Simi-Home made thing...a cake mix and canned frostening...then add the berries in the middle...
Helen, I know, it seems to take a lot of things, but I bet it's good, if you like cranberries, which I do. And with that many eggs whites, must whip up into rather large layers. Too much trouble for me to. LOL I bet a cake mix might work, but even that is too much trouble, making the filling.
