I think I posted this one before, but just received it in my email.

TRAFFIC CAMERA

My friends husband was driving when he saw the flash of a traffic camera.

He figured that his picture had been taken for exceeding the limit even though he knew that he was not speeding.

Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed.

Now he began to think that this was quite funny, so he drove even slower as he passed the area once more, but the traffic camera again flashed.

He tried a fourth and fifth time with the same results and was now laughing as the camera flashed while he rolled past at a snail's pace.

Two weeks later, he got five tickets in the mail for driving without a seat belt.

You can't fix stupid.

Patty, I have not been here in a while and seeing your name on sister's blog made me want to check in on you.

You still look very young--and still have the same great personality that helps by giving me a chuckle.

Dear Patty ~~ I like this joke as it
is so simple and funny. You can't fix stupid!!.
Thanks for all the things you have sent recently like the terrible floods in Toowoomba, The Bible and
The Clinic. All very nice thanks.
I have had my daughter Kathy and her two younger daughters for a few days.
We drove 1 and a half hours to see her older daughter's restaurant and it is very nice, and she is doing well. Also saw the house she is living in - very nice. Kathy took me to Dr, but he thinks the kidney stones are OK for now (which
suits me fine.) Have to see a specialist next week for a second opinion. I hope you and Abe are both doing well and keeping well.
Take care dear friend, Love, Merle.

I think he was a fool to begin with and felt silly after getting the ticket.
