Glad I did, right at the moment, I am bothered with cellultitis of my right leg. I've had it before in the other leg, but never where it looked this bad.
Of course the doctor said not to stand long periods at a time, unless I wrap the leg. Also if the redness looks like it going over the lines she marked to get back in to see her. Taking a strong antibiotic, and she said I should notice a difference right away, if not to come back in today. The other times I've had it was not so bad and it did not hurt, this hurts. Almost feels like someone kicked me in my shins. Well I've been sitting long enough at the computer, time to go prop up the leg again. More later. Have a great week-end.

That does look painful. Sending prayers for you.
I have had cellulitus and with me its the side effects like headaches, nausea, and shivering that are worse. I was puzzled as to how I caught it but discovered I had mild exzema on my legs which allowed the Streptococcal bug to get in, probably picked up when cycling. Moisterising with aqueas cream has helped and strong antibiotics cure it. Good luck.
So sorry to hear this. I've never heard of anything like it. Hope it heals. So sad I've missed your posts. Been feeling sorry for myself!!
