I like to post a joke, to start someones day off with a smile. Also to write about my family, friends, cooking, hobbies and etc.
Wow! That's really laying it on the line isn't it? At 73 years old I can say that I agree with these bits of advice but when it comes to eating, especially chocolate I find it really hard if not impossible at times to do the 'moderation' thing! LOL
