I DID THIS ONCE WHEN A GENTLEMAN FROM GA. SENT US A LARGE BAG OF VIDALIA ONIONS. THEN I WOULD CUT THE BOTTOM ONE OFF MAKING SURE THE KNOT WAS STILL THERE TO HOLD THE NEXT ONE IN THE STOCKING.
