Saturday Morning

Almost noon and I'm still not dressed, still in my duster. Have a couple of errands to run, so I guess I better get to hopping. Well actually I don't hop anymore. LOL

Audrey and Melissa went to Columbus for a couple of days. Audrey wanted to treat her Mom to a few days away for her Mom's birthday which was the 27th. They are staying over two nights. Shopping and sight seeing.

Been very humid around here lately, and the mold count outside is very high if you are allergic to mold. Which I am.

I wasn't able to get my injection in my back on Wed. due to the fact, my blood they said was still too high. 1.3, hospital likes it to be 1.1 before they do the injection into the spine area. I had been off my Coumadin for five days like they said. So rather then let the day and myself being prepared, go to waste, they gave me something called a Trigger Point Injection. I think it has helped some, I was able to sweep the whole patio off without having to set down do to the fact, the lower back would feel like it went into a bad spasm. My lower spine where everything goes through the center has narrowed and there is also some arthritis in it, which apparently causes the pain all the time. But it's just nice to be able to do something without have to set after only a few minutes.

Car was taken in on Monday (our car) to have the rear end repaired. We're driving a very nice rental. It took me a while to figure out how to open the trunk. I had gone shopping on Thursday and thought I was going to have to carry the groceries home on my back seat. I've gotten use to that for the past few weeks, due to the fact I was afraid to try to open ours, afraid it wouldn't shut.

Looks like rain any minute. So I better be off. More later. Nothing new or exciting happening around here. LOL

I do hope you can get the shot soon. I have appt. for an epidural on 7-14 and it cant come soon enough. I have sciatica as well as spinal stenosis and 'old arthur' too. Mine usually last anywhere from 3-6 months each time. This is my 14th I think...hot and humid here too, so I stay inside as much as possible.
Have a good day.

Hope it's not too painful for you.

Not too hot here or humid. Well it's never humid here, in fact it's rarely hot. As long as it doesn't rain I don't mind.

I often put my shopping on the back seat. Much easier to lift it out. Although you have to drive carefully or sometimes the stuff rolls out of the bag!

How sad that you have tomendure horrible pain . Hope that a solution can be found. For me MSM has done wonders and no eating breads or sugar:) it reduces inflammation
