What fun! She seemed to be having a good time. We used to use flattened cardboard boxes to do our sledding (back in the days when I lived where we actually had snow from time to time.)

It looked like she had a few near misses, but that really looked like fun. I may have to try this with the grand next year!

It all looks great fun.I loved the way she shot between the others. I'm attempting YouTube using a computer cam but I'm not having much success.I presume you used a normal video.

Hey! Somebody forgot to put some brakes on that sled :) Looks like fun! Would probably scare the snow pants right off me, though!

This is great for young and old! We haven't got many hills in our country but it's great fun and I think that those sledges are not so dangerous as the old wooden ones.

Dear Patty ~~ Kids don't seem to have any fear and will try anything. I am still smiling over the jet fuel drinkers. Thanks for your comments.
I have never seen a koala in the wild, only in sancturaries and the zoo. They only live high in certain eucalypt trees in certain areas. I was amazed at the one in the photo, it looked young. I think they could be a bit mean and don't like to be handled. I am so glad your Mother enjoyed the joke and had a good laugh. It would be nice if she moved closer as a daughter can do lots more for her than even a good son. I can see her reluctance at her age. Time will tell, Take great care, my friend and sleep well. Love, Merle.

Woa, she skooted down that hill with no fear and I loved how people got out of her way and let her sail through at the last minute. Great video.

Oh, this looks like so much fun! I've only gotten to "sled" maybe 10 times in my life and never had a hill this long to slide down.
