Happy Birthday to you

First Time in Church

Mrs. Harrison took her three-year-old daughter, Jenny, to church for the first time.

After arriving, the church lights were lowered, and then the choir came down the aisle, carrying lighted candles.

There was silence in the entire sanctuary until Jenny's voice was suddenly heard, loudly singing: "Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you..."

Dear Patty ~~ What a sweet little girl, I guess Happy Birthday was the only song she could sing.
Thank you for the comments on my post
and several items of interest.
Take great care, my friend,
Love, Merle.

Bless her. That is the right thing to do I guess if you don't know any better.

Well, to a three year old, lighted candles could only mean a birthday. That must have been so cute!

We had 83 degrees today! I got most of my garden in today. Tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers and a couple of rows of green beans. And I picked some leaf lettuce and spinach from my salad garden, and had a nice salad with my lunch.

Hope you had a good day, Patty.
