From Will and Guy

Disorder in the Court
This, and other, funny courtroom exchanges are taken from a little book called 'Disorder in the Court'. They quote funny things people actually said in court, word for word.

Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
A: No.

Q: Did you check for blood pressure?
A: No.

Q: Did you check for breathing?
A: No.

Q: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
A: No.

Q: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
A: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.

Q: But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?
A: It is possible that he could have been alive and practising law somewhere.

Dear Patty ~~ Good joke there. I am sorry you are having such hot weather and the worst part is the humidity. That knocks us around. We
don't usually have it, but did last summer.
I do hope your daughter gets good results from her MRI and kidney scan. I will keep her (and you) in my prayers. I hope she has no reaction to the dye this time.
Take care my friend. Love, Merle.

Those are funny but actually, I wouldn't mind if the doctor checked my pulse first. Just to be sure mind you.

I have often wondered if some people are still alive when cremated, shutter.
