He needs some help

You Can Ring My Bell...

A man is walking down the street one day when he notices a very small boy trying to press a doorbell on a house across the street. However, the boy was very small and the doorbell was just too high for him to reach.

After watching the boy's efforts for some time, the man moved closer to the boy's position.

He stepped smartly across the street, walked up behind the little fellow and, placing his hand kindly on the child's shoulder, leans over and gives the doorbell a solid ring.

Crouching down to the child's level, the man smiles benevolently and says, "There you go! And now what, my little man?"

And with a grin, the boy replies,

"Now we run!"

LOL. Sounds like one of those kids you babyset for at the bus stop. Look out Margaret Colwell, Patty and Matthew are about to ring your bell.

Ha! That is a cute story!

Patty, we have made great progress with the limbs. The front is all cleared, as is the field. There is some left on the south side. Of course, we have to see what happens to the huge trees that lost many limbs-if they will survive or not. If not, they will have to be cut down eventually. But that's a wait and see situation.

We had torrential rain last night, but today was sunny and cooler, our high only reached 62. But it was a beautiful day.

Have a good night.

That reminds old days of mine when I did almost the same tricks but with 15-20 marbles spreading inside neighbour's house through door-post and run.

I still go through my day & think about this joke & chuckle to myself. I really like this one. I then picture both them running.
